When sending in any LIA reports to AFS please save a copy of the report to your computer, fill it in and then email back as a Microsoft Word document only to prue.elwood@afs.org. We ask that all reports be in this form and not handwritten.
Year and month end programme language self assessment
To be completed by all teacher participants at the end of your programme and sent to AFS not later than one month after your return.
Year teacher's mid term language self assessment
To be completed by teachers six months into your one-year stay.
LIA expense claim form
Fill out and attach all receipts for any claims made to AFS.

To be completed by one month teachers within one month of your return to NZ.
One month teacher’s post-return 6 month report
To be completed six months after all one month teachers have returned to NZ.
